The workshop will focus on relaxation through mindful movement, breathing, and simple techniques supporting mental and physical well-being. Classes are conducted at a calm pace, emphasizing mindfulness and gentle connection with the body. Participants have the opportunity to experience exercises that help reduce tension, calm the nervous system, and support inner balance. This is a space conducive to regeneration, better well-being, and building awareness of one's own needs. The workshop is accessible to everyone – regardless of age or fitness level. All you need is comfortable clothing and an open mind.

June 3rd, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM for adults. Magazine collage workshop – or how to make a mess with meaning.
Remember cutting out pictures from colorful magazines and arranging them into quirky stories? Time to do it again – but in an adult way (meaning with coffee, calm, and maybe a touch of deeper reflection). During the collage workshop, we'll invite you to play with words, images, and associations. We'll cut, glue, combine, and create – unique works that can be a bold manifesto, a nostalgic journey into the past, or simply a colorful improvisation without rules.
We provide materials, but if you have unnecessary magazines at home - bring them with you!

June 4th for adults: "Watch Out! Smartphone" Conference.
A unique event on a European scale dedicated to digitalization issues and excessive use of screen devices by children and young people. We're meeting with outstanding specialists in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, and psychiatry, as well as experts and popularizers of knowledge about digital threats and digital hygiene. We're discussing topics including "screen addiction," digitalization of education, the issue of smartphones in schools, and the role of modern technologies in social life. We'll be there and will conduct a workshop for you on how to support young people and share knowledge during panel discussions.

June 5th, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM for children and adults. Dumplings with strawberries - do they still taste as good?
Culinary workshops during which we'll travel together to the flavors of childhood! In a family setting, we'll prepare classic dumplings with strawberries – a simple, delicious, and memory-filled dish that many of us associate with vacations at grandma's and carefree times. Under the instructor's guidance, we'll prepare homemade dumplings step by step, learn tricks for perfect dough, and discover how to enhance the flavor of strawberries to make them even more juicy and aromatic. The workshop is designed for parents with children – we cook together, share responsibilities, and the joy of creating something delicious. No culinary experience needed – just an appetite for good times and homemade flavors.
