Are you active and interested in culture and social initiatives? Do you want to learn to act? The Local Animator's Academy program is something for you!

ALA is a program for people aged 16-25, living and/or studying in Lublin, which we have been implementing since 2013.

The program consists of a series of workshops on increasing leadership skills and preparing for the work of an animator, as well as workshops and trainings in the field of cultural and social education. Meetings cover issues of communication and group work, interpersonal skills and public speaking, but also the organization of social campaigns, planning, management and implementation of cultural events, and fundraising for their creation. Participants will learn the methods and techniques of a culture animator's work, learn how to effectively encourage city residents to participate in events, and learn about the city's cultural resources.

Moreover, each edition of the program implements its own local initiative for the residents of Lublin. So far, the participants of ALA organized, inter alia, the game show "I love you Lublin", Festival of Cebularz or Studentiada.
