Fundacja - Integracja!
We are delighted to announce the launch of the project “Fundacja - Integracja!”
The project is funded by the European Funds for Lubelskie 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.
The aim of the project is to strengthen the institutional capacity of Sempre a Frente Foundation in the areas necessary to intensify support for the socio-economic integration of third-country nationals by 31 December 2026.
As part of the project, we plan to significantly strengthen the potential of our team through the following activities:
Activities:
Employment of third-country nationals (three representatives from third countries will join the Foundation’s team to support activities at the Center for Youth Integration and Development (CIRM) and the Child Advocacy Center (CPD)).
Language courses/trainings (an English course will be organized for 7 people and a Ukrainian course for 4 people).
Psychotherapy School (1 person will receive funding for the first year of psychotherapy school).
Anti-discrimination training (10 people will participate in the training).
Qualified First Aid Course (4 people will attend the course, and 7 people will renew their certificates).
Cybersecurity training (1 person will receive cybersecurity training).
Course: Building a Team and Relationships with Business Partners Based on FRIS Thinking Styles – Neurocooperation (1 person will take part in this course).
Course: Crisis Intervention – Help in Crisis (1 person will take part in the course).
Creating a support network (7 networking meetings for Lublin-based NGOs will be organized).
The target group of the project includes at least 14 employees and collaborators of the Foundation.
The outcome of the project will be increased effectiveness of the Foundation’s activities and the development of the team’s competences, which will directly impact the quality of provided support and the level of social integration.

Number of representatives of civil society organizations who gained new skills, knowledge, or qualifications – 14
Number of third-country nationals supported by the program – 3
Number of foreign-born persons supported by the program – 3
Total project value: 562,422.50 PLN
Funding from European Funds: 478,059.12 PLN
Contribution from the national budget: 55,311.38 PLN
