No need to panic anymore, after the “Student in Crisis...” conference.
Behind us is the “Pupil in Crisis - don't panic!” confrenation for the teaching community, organized jointly by the Pedagogy Department at the Higher School of Entrepreneurship and Administration in Lublin and our Children's Aid Center, which was attended by more than 80 people from all over the province!
Specialists and specialists from Poland and Europe shared their experiences during it and gave the participants a lot of practical knowledge about the crises of teenage life and methods of responding to difficult situations. Together we leaned how to set up a blue card, what to do in the situation of a report of sexual abuse by a student or suspected suicide crisis. We learned about the Let's Talk About Children method and invited the teaching staff to trainings on its use in the fall. We also talked about the subjectivity of learners and the well-being of those who teach, wanting to best support those who are often on the front lines in dealing with the difficulties experienced by children and adolescents.
The conference was held under the honorary patronage of Lublin Governor Krzysztof Komorski, Mayor of Lublin Dr. Krzysztof Żuk and Lublin Superintendent of Education Tomasz Szabłowski.
We would like to thank all those who participated for their attendance and involvement, the speakers and presenters: dr. n. social. Katarzyna Hartfil, Jadwiga Kuśmierska, Jagoda Idzik, Katarzyna Tomczuk, Adv. Iwona Przewor, st. asp. Dorota Bielecka-Lakuta, Mia Äänismaa and Adam Mołdoch for their wisdom and experience they shared with our audience, Marta Szczodrak for professionally conducting the entire event, the coaching team for super workshops, the University of Business and Administration in Lublin for jointly organizing this event, the volunteers for their great support, and Paula for her beautiful graphic notes, which we will share with you in full at wkrótce❤️💜.
See you at future events!☺️
