Join ALE Trener program!

🚀 Do you want to inspire people to act and truly change your community?

Join the ALE Trener! program and learn how to support residents, volunteers, youth, seniors, and local groups in realizing their own social initiatives.

ALE Trener! is a Train the Trainers program created for people active in non-governmental organizations and informal groups from the Lublin Voivodeship. Its goal is to prepare future mentors, educators, and animators who can not only act themselves but, above all, support others in moving from idea to action.

This program is based on the "learning by doing" principle – you will get to know the process of supporting social initiatives from the inside, experience it firsthand, and learn how to guide others through it.

🎯 Who is this program for? This program is for you if:

✅ you lead workshops, meetings, or classes for others, ✅ you organize events, social campaigns, or initiatives for residents, ✅ you work with youth, adults, seniors, or other groups, ✅ you are often the person who "manages" activities and helps others go from an idea to execution, ✅ people come to you for advice, support, or inspiration, ✅ when someone says, "I have an idea," you reply, "Great, let's do it!"

We invite leaders, members, employees, and active volunteers of foundations, associations, Rural Housewives' Clubs (KGW), Volunteer Fire Departments (OSP), and informal groups who want to:

✅ more effectively support residents in realizing their ideas, ✅ learn how to build engagement and motivation in groups, ✅ develop mentoring and educational competencies, ✅ acquire tools for leading group processes, ✅ help others discover their agency and take action for their communities.

🌱 If you want to be a person who not only organizes activities but can also inspire, support, and develop the potential of other people – this program is for you.

You don't have to be a professional trainer or have years of experience. We are looking for people who want to develop their competencies and learn how to support others in action even more effectively.

💡 During the program, you will learn, among other things:

✅ how to support people at various stages of implementing a social initiative, ✅ how to diagnose the needs of communities and groups, ✅ how to build motivation and engagement among participants, ✅ how to work with a group and lead an educational process, ✅ how to support teams in planning and executing activities, ✅ how to help others acquire resources and develop projects, ✅ how to take care of your well-being and the well-being of the people you work with.

🔥 The most important thing, however, is that you will independently go through the process of creating and implementing a social initiative. Thanks to this, you will not only learn tools and methods but, above all, understand the challenges faced by people carrying out social activities. This experience will allow you to support others more effectively in the future as a mentor, trainer, or coach of local initiatives.

🤝 The program is also an opportunity to meet active people from all over the region, exchange experiences, build partnerships, and create a network of contacts that may result in further joint projects.

🌿 We provide

During all training sessions, we provide participants with reimbursement of travel costs to Lublin, accommodation, and meals, so they can fully focus on learning, development, and workshop activities in comfortable conditions.

🌱 That's not all!

Each participant will receive 11 hours of individual mentoring, which will help prepare and implement an initiative in their local community. Mentoring will take place from March to June 2027.

As part of the program, at least 4 local initiatives responding to the needs of the residents of the Lublin Voivodeship will be created. Their results will be presented during the summary conference implemented as part of the project, which will be an opportunity to exchange experiences, inspire others, and establish new partnerships.

If you believe that residents have the potential to change their towns, you want to strengthen local communities and develop as a leader, animator, or educator – this program is for you!

🌱 Gain knowledge, practice, and confidence to help others move from an idea to action.

📢 The number of places is limited. Join the group of people who will build stronger, more active, and resilient communities in the Lublin region!
